For some years the Lugana Spumante has also been produced, which has a straw-yellow color and a lively and consistent perlage, a fresh and decisive fragrance.<br \/>\nAnother famous wine and wine of the most renowned in Italy is Amarone della Valpolicella: Dry red wine DOCG is made with corvina, corvinone, rondinella, molinara, but also cruina, forselina, negrara and oseleta. Thanks to its sweet taste it can be combined with any dish.<br \/>\nThe classic Garda Groppello is a DOC wine obtained from one of the oldest vines of Lake Garda, cultivated only in the Valt\u00e8nesi area, on the hills in the province of Brescia. It is a delicate red, spicy with fruity, velvety and pleasant notes, which goes well with savory pasta dishes, all types of meat and medium-aged cheeses.<\/p>\n<p>Not just wine, another product is the Grana Padano, a hard cheese, obtained from decaffeinated milk by natural outcrop, easily digested thanks to the slow and long aging.<\/p>\n<p>Lake fish: the most valued is the Carpione, a fish with white and soft flesh.
